If you feel you don’t have money to donate, you are still more than welcome to donate goods in kind, or even your services. By doing so, you can help us to save on day-to-day expenses, or with items and services for which we do not have funding. This enables us to direct our monetary donations where they are most needed.
We are also happy to accept second-hand clothing and household items in good condition. Some of these items are distributed to our beneficiaries, and some are sold to raise money, which is ploughed directly back into ensuring the continuation of the services we render.
Childline Gauteng sells second hand items to members of the public as a form of fundraising. Items you no longer need in your home, such as ornaments, crockery, cutlery, furniture etc as sold and the cash allocated to continuing our vital service.
